🌟How did Prátis CRM started?
Since 2005, when we started operations in the corrugated cardboard packaging industry within our group, we have never spared efforts and investments in our commercial sector. We implemented several ERPs and CRMs with the intention of accelerating our sales.
We expanded our operations and realized that even with the software implemented, we were still dependent on the manual work of the teams to ensure that we were selling recurrently. And, no matter how competent our team members were, we couldn't rely on natural adversities such as the departure or vacation of a collaborator, which would directly influence the company's sales results.
We then began building our own CRM from scratch to meet an internal need of the company (which eventually became a solution for an entire B2B market). We created a solution that would automate the purchase cycle of each customer, making it easier for the sales team to focus on one thing: selling more.
To do this, we hired specialized consulting firms in recurring sales and perfected the Prátis CRM so that it could deliver this purchase cycle automation.
