# Seed

For the Seed Round, initially **100 million tokens (10% of the total supply)** will be offered, and the total amount raised will accelerate the operation of Prátis CRM, especially the structuring of the sales and marketing team. 

Investors who participate in this phase of the project have the opportunity to become token holders at a **best cost of opportunity**. 

During the Seed Round, there will be a maximum limit of tokens per holder. This mechanism will promote **decentralization of Prats tokens**, mitigating the possibility of concentration of tokens in the early stages of the project. 

The Seed Round will only be available to selected investors and participants in the Prats Token Community.
