For the Presale Round, initially **120 million tokens (12% of the total supply)** will be offered, and the total amount raised will accelerate the operation of Prátis CRM, especially the structuring of the sales and marketing team. 

Investors who participate in this round of the project have the opportunity to become token holders at a **good cost of opportunity**. 

During the Presale Round, there will be a maximum limit of tokens per holder. This mechanism will promote **decentralization of Prats tokens**, mitigating the possibility of concentration of tokens in the early stages of the project. 

The Presale Round will only be available to selected investors and participants in the Prats Token Community.
